China's aluminum alloy casting industry average cost in April decreased by 53 yuan per ton month-on-month
Mysteel’s Recycled Aluminum Research Team conducted research and calculations on nationwide aluminum casting alloy enterprises, and estimated that in April 2026, the industry-weighted average full cost of China’s casting aluminum alloy (ADC12) was 23,420 yuan per ton, down by 53 yuan per ton from March 2026. Compared with the ADC12 spot average price of 23,666 yuan/ton in April from Shanghai Steel Union, the ADC12 profit per ton fell by 399 yuan/ton month-on-month, and the industry’s theoretical profit was 246 yuan/ton.
