Protection for occupational injuries among new employment form personnel has covered 27 million people
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security held a press conference today (28th) to introduce that, as of now, the total number of insured individuals under China’s new employment form occupational injury protection has exceeded 27 million. As of now, the pilot program for occupational injury protection for new employment form workers has expanded to 17 provinces and 11 platform companies. This year, it will be fully rolled out across 31 provinces and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, including platform companies in the three pilot industries of transportation, instant delivery, and same-city freight transportation.
