According to Wu Shuo, reports from Polish media Onet indicate that after the founder of the cryptocurrency exchange Zondacrypto, Sylwester Suszek, went missing in 2022, his assets are suspected to have been secretly sold by the current CEO, Przemysław Kral. It is reported that Kral sold the related assets for approximately 3.78 million USD and agreed to pay in USDT, also using funds to pay over 140k euros in compensation to the "white glove" assisting with the transaction. The report, citing prosecutors, states that the true behind-the-scenes controller of the exchange, Marian W., is suspected of killing founder Suszek in a bid to seize control of the business. Currently, Kral and Marian W. are suspected of fleeing together to Dubai and other locations in the UAE to hide. The allegations of murder and asset transfer are still under investigation by prosecutors, with no final judicial conclusion reached.
