The U.S. Senate Banking Committee will review the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 on May 14.

ChainCatcher reports that, according to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, the U.S. Senate Banking Committee will hold a hearing at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on May 14 to review H.R. 3633, the “2025 Digital Asset Market Clarity Act.” Committee members will vote on the bill text and related amendments at that time.

If the bill passes, the Senate Banking Committee version will be merged with the portion handled by the Senate Agriculture Committee to form the final version, which will then be submitted for a full Senate vote.
