Lately I've been earning testnet points, and it feels like from "just practicing" it's slowly turning into "I've already spent time, I might as well get a return"... Basically, the expectation is starting to manipulate people. My stop-loss method is pretty simple: set a limit for myself, only mess around for a few days or a few interactions, and stop once I reach it; I also avoid tasks that require constant monitoring and cross-chain back and forth, because it's too easy to get frustrated.

Recently, Layer 2 projects arguing over TPS/fees/subsidies made me laugh a little: they all talk tough, but in the end, users vote with their feet. I just treat it as doing homework—if I learn something, I consider it a win. I really don’t have the time to invest emotions into "potential airdrops"... Otherwise, when the bear market melts away, I won’t have even enjoyed the sweets, just get a stomach ache.
