Shui Jing Fang: General Manager Hu Tingzhou resigns due to personal reasons
Shui Jing Fang Announcement, the company’s board of directors has received a written resignation letter from Mr. Hu Tingzhou. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Hu Tingzhou will resign from his positions as director, general manager, member of the Strategic Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee starting May 6, 2026, and will also resign from the company’s legal representative position. Mr. Hu Tingzhou’s resignation will not cause the number of board members to fall below the statutory minimum, nor will it affect the company’s normal operations. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Hu Tingzhou does not hold any shares in the company, and there are no outstanding public commitments or share increase commitments to be fulfilled. The company’s board of directors has authorized Mr. Zhou Zhiming to exercise the duties of general manager starting May 6, 2026, and plans to complete the appointment of the general manager in the first half of the year.
