Engineer sues Lockheed Martin over yanked remote work accommodation

A Lockheed Martin engineer, Erin Lynn Jeffreys, has filed a federal lawsuit against the company, alleging that her long-standing remote work accommodation was revoked, her hours were cut, and she faced retaliation after questioning the change. Jeffreys, who has scoliosis and chronic pain, claims the company denied her formal request for accommodation despite a decade of approved remote work, and then reduced her work schedule by 30% while four non-disabled colleagues on the same program remained fully remote. She is seeking reinstatement of her full-time remote work, lost pay, and damages.
