Aptos Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Japanese Payment Service Provider NETSTARS
Golden Finance reports that on May 8th, Aptos announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Japan’s QR code payment gateway service provider NETSTARS.
The two parties will jointly explore Web3 payment applications, focusing on stablecoin payments, and study the feasibility of integrating the Aptos blockchain infrastructure into NETSTARS’ existing cashless payment system, with multi-chain payments as one of the key directions.
NETSTARS’ “StarPay” currently integrates various domestic and international payment methods in Japan, serving the Japanese merchant market.
