I only take notes on one sentence: DAO voting seems to be "community consensus," but basically it's mostly about how incentives are distributed and where power is concentrated, written into the rules (who proposes, who can modify, who can receive subsidies).


So these days, before and after the upgrade of that mainstream public chain, everyone is guessing whether projects will move away.
I instead went to check their recent governance proposals—whether they move or not isn't important; who sits more securely in the rules is what really matters.
