China Mobile forms an application ecosystem token alliance with Alibaba Cloud and Volcano Engine
China Mobile announces “Token Application Ecosystem Alliance” at Mobile Cloud Conference 2026, with the participation of eight partners such as Alibaba Cloud, Volcano Engine, and Huawei Cloud.
The alliance also signs cooperation agreements with several organizations, including the Hebei Provincial Department of Government Services, China Construction Research Institute, 360 Group, Lenovo Baiying, and iFlytek. The goal is to build a unified service portal for domestic AI models based on the MoMA platform.
China Mobile and Volcano Engine simultaneously launch “Mobile Engine Confidential Model Service,” providing high-performance secure inference capabilities. This service is based on end-to-end secure computing technology and the large model Seedance 2.0.
