Google, Microsoft, and xAI signed an agreement with the U.S. government, agreeing that the government can copy from AI models before they are released to the public.



So that the government can test them and ensure they do not pose a cybersecurity or national security threat.

This matter drew attention when Anthropic launched its new model "Mythos," which was described as "significantly more advanced" than any other model in cybersecurity hacking capabilities,

To the extent that the company itself refused to release it to the public and restricted its use to authorized entities only! After that, the issue reached the White House, and they are studying an official review system for any new AI model.
