Just saw that the Yum China CEO Joey Wat dumped over 100k shares last month - sold around 104,000 for like $5.74 million. Interesting timing tbh, especially since this was apparently his first major stock sale on record. The guy still holds another 706k shares across direct and indirect holdings so it's not like he's bailing completely, but you gotta wonder what that signals. His direct stake dropped to 433k shares after the sale. Yum China's been kind of a mixed bag anyway - up 12% in the past year but way down compared to the parent company YUM stock. The whole China exposure thing makes it riskier for US investors too. Anyway, when insiders start selling 100k+ share blocks, people usually pay attention. What's your take - is this just portfolio rebalancing or something more?
