🔄 The BTCFi platform Solv Protocol will migrate from LayerZero to Chainlink infrastructure.

The project team will gradually abandon LayerZero bridges for SolvBTC and xSolvBTC on the Corn, Berachain, Rootstock, and TAC networks. The new cross-chain solution for managing assets worth over $700 million will be Chainlink's CCIP protocol.

"Considering recent events in the industry, we have reviewed the bridges in use. The CCIP architecture provides maximum security guarantees thanks to built-in risk management and proactive monitoring," the developers emphasized.

The Solv team did not mention the Kelp hack and the subsequent migration directly, but explained that the transition is necessary for a more secure platform.
