Tonight, the U.S. April Non-Farm Payrolls data will be released: 115k new jobs, unemployment rate steady at 4.3%. Don’t be fooled by the small numbers, this is already the strongest two-month consecutive increase since 2024! The labor market is re-energizing.
Healthcare, freight, and retail are all booming—delivery jobs saw the largest increase since 2020. Even the previously frozen construction and hotel industries are warming up.
