Just saw Bandwidth popped 14.5% after their earnings call today. They actually missed on revenue but beat on profit, which is kind of wild. What caught my eye though - they said AI developers building on their platform quadrupled in just six months. That's the kind of adoption story that gets people excited.

So here's the thing with Bandwidth - on paper the valuation looks insane, like trading at 8.8x 2026 earnings guidance. But there's some noise in there. They're carrying $254M in convertible debt while the market cap is only $454M, and their stock-based comp is eating up more than their entire EPS. That's a red flag.

Management is forecasting 16% revenue growth for the full year with 29% EBITDA expansion though, so if they hit those numbers the growth story might justify the risk. The voice and messaging business seems to have real legs outside of the political spending cycles. Still feels like a wait-and-see situation for me rather than a screaming buy.
