Just saw Acorn Energy's Q4 numbers and they're pretty rough compared to last year. The company pulled in $1.07 million in earnings, which is a massive drop from the $5.23 million they made in the same quarter previously. Per-share earnings took a hit too - down to $0.42 from $2.08.

Revenue tells a similar story for Acorn. They brought in $2.38 million this quarter versus $3.53 million last year, which works out to about a 32.6% decline. Not exactly the kind of momentum you want to see heading into the new year.

Looking at the broader picture, Acorn's performance suggests the company is facing some real headwinds. Whether it's market conditions or operational challenges, the numbers don't lie - this is a significant pullback from where they were a year ago. Interested to see if they can turn things around in upcoming quarters.
