So AbbVie just filed for FDA and EMA approval on Rinvoq for treating non-segmental vitiligo. Apparently their Phase 3 trials (Viti-Up) showed pretty solid results - we're talking 50% improvement in overall body repigmentation and 75% in facial repigmentation by week 48. That's actually significant for vitiligo patients. The drug's already approved for rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's, and ulcerative colitis, so they're expanding into dermatology now. Interesting to see big pharma doubling down on vitiligo treatment since it's been kind of overlooked for years. If this gets approved, could be a game-changer for people dealing with pigmentation loss. Anyone following vitiligo treatment developments?
