Lately I've been debating about wallets again. Honestly, it all depends on whether the assets you hold are worth the hassle. I personally play with small amounts in L2 and niche blockchain games; a hardware wallet is enough. Just plug it in and sign, it feels more secure; but once my holdings start keeping me awake at night, I don't believe in "one device keeps you safe." Multi-signature is more like insuring yourself—it's a real hassle, reconfiguring everything when you change phones or computers. As for social recovery, I find it quite appealing; if you lose access, you can recover it. But it also feels a bit off: can you really trust the people you rely on... especially recently, with some regions tightening or loosening regulations, deposit and withdrawal expectations fluctuate. The more it swings, the more I want to diversify permissions—at least avoid tying the "vital point" to a single seed phrase. Anyway, my approach is: don’t stress over small amounts, don’t be lazy with big ones. That’s how I do it for now.
