What can Rally do?

AI verifies content quality, automatically distributes to creators, and coordinates the economic relationships between brands and creators at scale.
But these are impossible on traditional blockchains.
The reason is simple: traditional smart contracts are deterministic; the same input always produces the same output.
But @RallyOnChain faces massive amounts of unstructured data every day—whether a tweet is high quality, whether interactions are genuine, whether the content has original value—these questions have no standard answers and require subjective judgment.
This is the Achilles' heel of traditional public chains; if this verification logic is written into Solidity, it either cannot be executed or incurs transaction fees so high that the entire project would go bankrupt.
@GenLayer has found a solution: its smart contracts directly integrate large language model verifiers, capable of accessing real-time network data, understanding content in natural language, and making judgments.
Under an optimistic democratic consensus mechanism, multiple AI models independently evaluate the equivalence of results, rather than requiring binary consistency.
This perfectly matches Rally’s needs: not exact equality, but reasonable equivalence.
Without this layer of intelligent consensus, Rally can only fall back on centralized review or crude rule matching.
The former violates the spirit of blockchain; the latter cannot solve the deep issues of content quality.
Rally’s ability to redefine marketing is thanks to GenLayer providing the thinking capability it needs.
This is why infrastructure determines application limits.
