Vanguard Group Inc. increased its stake in BlackRock (NYSE:BLK) by 1.6% in the fourth quarter, now owning 14,062,677 shares valued at approximately $15.05 billion. Despite this, insiders have been net sellers, while sell-side analysts maintain a “Moderate Buy” rating with an average target price of $1,269.06. BlackRock reported strong quarterly earnings, beating estimates with a 27% year-over-year revenue increase, driven by inflows into its Bitcoin ETF (IBIT) which also introduces volatility concerns.
