Just saw that Lamb Weston made some pretty significant leadership moves. They brought in Jan Craps as Executive Chair back in February - guy's got serious credentials from his time at Anheuser-Busch InBev, spent over 20 years there and was running the whole APAC operation. That's the kind of international experience you'd want steering the ship. Then they also appointed James Gray as their new CFO starting in April. Gray came from Ingredion where he was EVP and CFO for 12 years, so he's got solid financial leadership background. Before that he was at PepsiCo for more than a decade handling finance roles. The symbolism of these moves seems pretty clear - they're bringing in heavy hitters with proven track records from major global companies. Bernadette Madarieta is staying on in an advisory capacity during the transition to help keep things running smoothly. Interesting to see how these leadership changes will reshape the company's direction. You think this kind of executive shuffle signals anything specific about where they're heading?
