Saw that Yum China's CEO just dumped over 100k shares for around $5.7M back in February. Pretty interesting timing considering the stock's been bouncing around. This was apparently her first big sale on record, so people are definitely reading into it.

She still holds a decent chunk though - something like 700k shares total across direct and indirect holdings. So it's not like she's completely bailing, just trimming the position. The transaction worked out to about $55 per share if you do the math.

The whole thing got me thinking about the China exposure angle. Yum China trades on both NYSE and Hong Kong now, which is cool for diversification but also means you're dealing with Hong Kong market volatility. The stock's actually down 8% over five years while the parent company YUM is up like 60%. Makes you wonder if the China-specific play is worth the risk right now. Anyone else holding this one?
