KraneShares has officially kicked off the process for the “KraneShares Coinbase 50 Index ETF.”
The fund’s primary founder and manager, KraneShares, is a major asset management firm specializing in the Chinese market and thematic funds, managing billions of dollars.
Coinbase is the index provider here. In other words, Coinbase’s index shown in the image determines which coins will be included in the basket. In addition, Coinbase Custody is planned to serve as the custodian for these assets.
