Farmers are having a really tough time. Many of the corn seedlings planted by machines haven't sprouted yet. For those that haven't, I need to dig up the soil to see if there are any seedlings inside. If not, I have to replant. Crouching down and digging through each one is really hard on my knees, and the soil is too dry. Every afternoon, the weather changes and strong winds blow, making the land dry out even faster. These past few days, the weather hasn't rained at all. How long will I have to dig through this one acre of land? Tomorrow, I still need a full day to finish it.

Tomorrow, I plan to bring a truckload of water to pour into each corn hole with dry soil. Otherwise, even if I replant the corn seeds, they won't sprout.
