Deep Tide TechFlow update: On May 08, Balcony, an RWA infrastructure project built on the Avalanche blockchain, completed a $12.7 million seed round financing led by Blockchange Ventures. The company uses the Avalanche blockchain and artificial intelligence technology to integrate property records scattered across U.S. counties into a tamper-proof digital registry system, which is used for threat detection and title tracking. Balcony said this round of funding will be used to expand the engineering team and roll out its Keystone platform in more U.S. counties. It has already put about 370,000 deeds on-chain in Bergen County, New Jersey, covering assets valued at approximately $240 billion.
