Last night I watched the governance meeting live stream, and I wanted to quickly take a screenshot of on-chain data, but the page kept “freezing,” and I thought my internet was acting up again… It wasn’t until later that I realized it was probably because the indexer/Subgraph hadn’t caught up yet, or the RPC was rate-limited: you click too often, and it just stalls for a few seconds to show you. Basically, on-chain isn’t “slow,” it’s the middleman catching its breath.

Recently, everyone has been comparing RWA, US bond yields, and on-chain yield products together. I also wanted to check the data, but I couldn’t understand it + it kept lagging, so I decided not to bother for now. Before, I was in a rush and guessed based on delayed data, almost getting caught up in the emotions… Forget it, I’ll wait until it syncs completely. Anyway, post-meeting review is the real deal.
