So I was looking at some financial disclosures and stumbled on something wild - Nancy Pelosi apparently made around $6M in the stock market last month according to Quiver Quantitative's tracking. That's pretty crazy when you think about it.

Her net worth is estimated at $260.6M as of early June, making her one of the wealthiest members of Congress. What's interesting is that she's got about $127.8M sitting in publicly traded stocks that people can actually track. You can see her whole trading history going back years through STOCK Act filings.

Looking at her actual trades, she's been making some pretty big moves. She dumped up to $25M in Apple stock back in late December 2024, right before it dropped almost 20%. But she's also had some really solid wins - she bought Amazon stock years ago and it's up over 118% since then. Same with Microsoft, up nearly 100% from when she bought it. She's also been buying Palo Alto Networks recently, which is up about 3% so far.

On the political side, she's been pushing bills related to Capitol Police medals from January 6th, and her fundraising numbers show she brought in about $850K in Q1 this year with $1.2M in spending. The woman clearly knows how to manage money, whether it's her own portfolio or her political operation. Her net worth keeps climbing, which honestly makes you wonder how much of it comes from her actual salary versus her investment decisions.
