Recently, I saw someone arguing about MEV and whether the ordering is fair, basically saying that on the chain, some people can "cut in line."

The ones most affected are not the big players, but ordinary people who just click at market price and go: you think your transaction went through, but then it gets sandwiched, slippage increases, and the experience is almost the same as constantly refreshing/retrying in the app with a "pending in queue" message, which can really break your mood.

What's more troublesome is that this uncertainty can be contagious.
A few days ago, there was a cross-chain bridge theft and oracle errors, and suddenly everyone started to "wait for confirmation first," which is actually because they’ve been scared by repeated sandwich attacks and reversals.
No matter how good the narrative is, in the end, when it comes down to the transaction, if the sense of fairness isn’t there, people won’t stay...
Anyway, I now prefer to do fewer trades rather than be fooled by stories into giving up my positions.
