Mars Finance News: The Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the “Implementation Opinions on the Standardized Application and Innovative Development of Intelligent Agents.” The “Implementation Opinions” clearly state that the development of intelligent agents should adhere to the basic principles of safety and controllability, standardization and order, innovation-driven, and application-led, and propose four measures: First, strengthen the development foundation, improve the technical base, and establish standard protocols. Second, uphold the safety bottom line, clarify product standards, prevent security risks, improve the governance system, and reinforce industry self-discipline. Third, enhance application guidance, focusing on scientific research, industrial development, boosting consumption, people’s livelihood and well-being, and social governance, with 19 typical application scenarios proposed. Fourth, build an innovation ecosystem, promote industrial cooperation, and strengthen application promotion.
