I was feeling restless just now and almost jumped in to chase a big bullish candle, paused for two seconds and asked myself: What do I really understand? Or am I just seeing others' screenshots and getting excited when the K-line suddenly rises? To put it simply, information can be used to restate logic, but emotions will only tell you "If you don't get in now, it's gone." Recently, the testnet incentives and points system are the same, everyone in the group is guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens. I was tempted too, but then I calculated: rules can change at any time, snapshots depend on mood, and in the end, it might just be using your FOMO as fuel. Anyway, my current approach is simple: first, write down the worst-case scenario (how much I could lose, how long I might be trapped, how much IL I might eat), if I can't do that, then don't add to my position, just stick with this for now.
