Crypto界消息，传AI agent公司GenSpark拒绝了Google、Microsoft和Meta的收购邀请，CEO Jing Kun表示目前无意出售。根据“Top Chinese Tech Innovation Community”援引的投资者消息，GenSpark在过去半年内持续收到科技巨头的收购邀约。该公司由前百度集团副总裁Jing Kun和前Xiaodu CTO Zhu Kaihua于2023年在硅谷创立，最初从AI搜索起步，后转型为AI agent工作平台。公司在3月官方宣布B轮累计融资385M美元，估值约1.6B美元，近期估值已升至2B美元，年度经常性收入（ARR）突破200M美元。GenSpark还与微软签订了全球战略合作，将AI agent嵌入Microsoft 365和Agent 365，并基于Azure构建基础设施。
