Many people think that the black industry in Henan is just regional discrimination... The truth is even more terrifying than the Wei Zexi incident!

In 2010, Putian-based hospitals outsourced their online promotion to Henan.
Cheap labor, ability to stay up late, local folks mentoring newcomers— a complete workflow of customer service plus promotion quickly took shape.
After the Wei Zexi incident, this group directly transferred their entire set of tactics—matrix-driven traffic, brainwashing scripts, private domain monetization—to a lighter, more ruthless track:
Frauds by Confucian scholars, medical insurance cash-outs, cross-border marriage scams, information resale...
Now their core methods only consist of four tricks, known as “Black Industry 4.0”:
1. Ultra-light assets
No inventory, no factories—just a mobile phone and a computer to operate.
If an account gets banned? Just switch to a new one, it doesn’t hurt at all.
2. Matrix-style blitz
Registering accounts in bulk + producing content in bulk—using scale to crush traffic.
3. Fully armed with AI
Scripts, videos, real-name authentication, automation scripts—controlling hundreds of accounts with one person, 24/7 non-stop.
4. Family + cross-province closed loop
Fujian handles the initial setup, Hubei provides the technology, Henan manages traffic, Guangdong launders funds—each link tightly connected, catching one part doesn’t break the entire chain.
The most sinister trick is:
Locals don’t scam locals, only target outsiders!
The entire project is broken into countless segments, and the basic tool users don’t even realize they’re involved in scams.
Even if caught, they can only seize the “screws,” while the masterminds behind the scenes always stay in the safety zone.
This is no longer just a simple “regional black industry,”
but a nationwide scam industrial chain that has been iteratively upgraded over more than ten years with AI and organizational strength.
You might think the “Confucian courses,” “free health checkups,” or “overseas matchmaking” you see are just one part of their assembly line.
