Sandisk Shares Jump 3,314% as NAND Shortage and AI Demand Lift Results

Sandisk shares jumped 3,314% over the past year to more than $1,096 as a global NAND flash shortage and AI infrastructure demand lifted pricing. Sandisk said fiscal Q3 2026 revenue reached $5.95 billion and gross margin rose to 78.4%, while NAND prices climbed 60% in Q1 2026 and are projected to rise another 70–75% in Q2.
