Lately, I've been a bit exhausted from grinding on testnet points. It was originally just for practice, but as soon as I started chatting in the group, it turned into “How much do I think I can earn,” and from the get-go, people started increasing their time and emotional investment... Like going to the gym to get active, but in the end, I’m just staring at the body fat scale every day, and the more I look, the more anxious I get.

My stop-loss rules now are twofold: First, give myself at most two nights per project; if I still haven't figured it out or there are a bunch of pitfalls in the interaction, then consider it not meant to be. Second, as soon as I start calculating “how much it could be worth in the future,” I stop for a day immediately, or else I get led around by the points.
By the way, these days, interpretations of ETF capital flows and US stock risk appetite are everywhere, looking like they’re all using the same remote to find the same signals for all the ups and downs... Anyway, I’ll focus on what I can control: only engage with things where I can analyze real user retention signals, and treat everything else as practice exercises—finish writing and then let it go.
