According to Yahoo Finance, Coinbase Chief Financial Officer Alesia Haas stated during the earnings call that Coinbase's USDC contract automatically renews every three years and is extended indefinitely, and cannot be terminated. Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal also said that the contract terms signed between Coinbase and Circle have been finalized and will automatically renew; the company expects to continue its partnership with Circle under the same terms in the future.
