Yesterday afternoon Bitcoin faced resistance at 81,680 and retraced, falling below 80,000, with the lowest touch at 79,460 in the early morning, and again encountering resistance at 80,330 at dawn;



Ethereum's volatility was relatively small, with pressure at 2,345 yesterday afternoon, dropping below 2,300 during the US session, with the lowest at 2,278, and again showing weakness at 2,303 at dawn.

On the hourly chart, the midline just at dawn's recovery point of 80,300 faced resistance, the MA60 resistance level at 81,000, and the upper band heavily pressured at 81,500;

Moreover, on smaller timeframes, all cycles show Bollinger Bands' three bands pointing downward, with moving averages in a bearish alignment, indicating clear bearish pressure.

Key support levels to watch are the 78,700 below the 4-hour chart, the important support at 78,000 on the daily midline, with a primary short-term and secondary long-term trend.

BTC suggestion: Short near 80,300, add to short at 80,800, target 79,000–78,500;

ETH suggestion: Short near 2,305, add to short at 2,330, target 2,270–2,250.
