China Mobile Chairman Chen Zhongyue: Promote the construction of a nationwide unified computing power network and launch a trillion-yuan-level tokens service experience package

Golden Finance reported that on May 8, the main forum of China Mobile’s 2026 Mobile Cloud Conference was held in Suzhou. Chen Zhongyue, Chairman of China Mobile, said that China Mobile will advance the development of a nationwide integrated computing power network and provide on-demand, accessible, and easy-to-use computing power services. It will build a leading computing power network, strengthen high-speed all-optical direct connectivity between hub nodes and hotspot regions, and promote the unified onboarding and management and intelligent scheduling of diversified computing power, to achieve interconnection and interoperability of computing power and match supply with demand. It will speed up the construction of AI data centers, highlighting features such as fast delivery, efficient operations, and green and low-carbon characteristics, and plan to build exawatt-level data industrial parks. It will upgrade AI cloud computing service offerings to drive the development of a diverse heterogeneous domestic computing power ecosystem, better supporting the training and deployment of large models and the development of intelligent agents.

Chen Zhongyue also said that China Mobile will continue to strengthen end-to-end innovation across communications, computing power, and intelligence, empower thousands of industries and serve households across the country, and promote the formation of new forms of an intelligent economy and an intelligent society. At the same time, it will strengthen the role of the Mobile Cloud Conference platform, and jointly build an intelligent ecosystem characterized by technological symbiosis, business integration, and value co-creation. It will advance the “New Computing Power Momentum Action,” deepening cooperation in areas such as resource development, computing power interconnection, and integrated connectivity, and open an experience package for trillion-level (Token) service offerings. It will advance the “Smart New Space Plan,” focusing on areas such as the computing power network, intelligent agents, and the industrial internet, further deepening innovative integration of intelligent services, and serving hundreds of millions of customers as well as a broad base of developers.
