21Shares Lists Strategy Yield ETN on London Stock Exchange
21Shares listed the Strategy Yield ETN on the London Stock Exchange on May 6, giving UK investors exchange-traded access to Strategy’s BTC-backed preferred stock with an 11.50% annual yield. The note trades under the ticker STRC and charges no management fee. 21Shares said the product is its first UK offering tied to Strategy’s Bitcoin-backed preferred shares. The listing came after Michael Saylor said Strategy will probably sell BTC in the future to cover STRC dividend obligations.
