BlockBeats Message, May 8 — SlowMist’s Chief Information Security Officer 23pds posted on the X platform to remind Linux users to upgrade. The full details and exploit code for the Dirty Frag vulnerability that enables the latest Linux systems to obtain root permissions are disclosed.

This vulnerability allows any local low-privilege user to directly obtain root permissions on nearly all mainstream Linux distributions. It is a deterministic logical flaw: attackers do not need to rely on complex race conditions, the attack success rate is extremely high, and it does not cause kernel crashes, making it highly dangerous.
