Oman negotiations become the global wealth code! When oil prices drop, BTC might go crazy again
In the past, everyone thought:
"Decisions are made by the Federal Reserve."
Now it turns out that's not right.
What truly influences the global charts is the air conditioning temperature in the Oman conference room.
Recently, the market has been very clear:
As long as Middle Eastern tensions ease, risk assets immediately rally;
As soon as there is news of an attack, global funds instantly flee.
After the Fujairah incident, Brent crude surged to $114,
This is not just an energy issue, but a global liquidity problem.
Because the higher oil prices go, the harder it is to lower inflation.
And if inflation doesn’t come down, the Fed can only keep "talking tough."
This is very critical for BTC.
Many retail investors always think:
"Bitcoin rises because of the halving."
In reality, the only real driver for BTC’s rise this year is:
Expectations of global interest rate cuts.
So now, the importance of the Oman negotiations has far surpassed ordinary diplomatic events.
If Iran is willing to soften its stance on uranium enrichment, the U.S. will have room to ease sanctions, increasing oil supply expectations, and oil prices will naturally fall back.
Once oil prices drop, the market will immediately re-trade:
"Rate cuts—liquidity easing—tech stocks rise—BTC bull run."
But here’s the problem:
Iran also knows it has cards.
So now both sides are basically acting.
The U.S. plays "tough."
Iran plays "even tougher."
The market acts "I am very calm."
Only traders are truly collapsing.
My recent strategy is actually simple:
Hold cash.
Wait for the negotiation direction.
Don’t chase the rally at the emotional peak.
Because the current market is:
One news event can change the trend for three days.
And don’t forget, the U.S. presidential election is getting closer.
Trump will definitely try to push down energy prices again, because it’s a vote issue.
So from a medium to long-term perspective, I still lean towards:
Oil prices will eventually be suppressed by political forces,
And risk assets will rebound.
But short-term volatility could be so large that it makes people question life. #Gate广场五月交易分享
