The Travelers Companies, Inc. $TRV Shares Purchased by UBS Group AG
UBS Group AG increased its stake in The Travelers Companies (TRV) by 5.3% in the fourth quarter, now owning 1,774,756 shares valued at approximately $514.8 million. Travelers recently reported stronger-than-expected quarterly earnings and revenue, and boosted shareholder returns by increasing its quarterly dividend and authorizing a $5.0 billion share buyback program. Institutional investors hold 82.45% of the company’s stock, and several analysts have recently reiterated or updated their ratings and price targets for TRV.
