Tether executive says US midterms could reshape crypto policy

Tether’s head of government relations said the U.S. midterm elections later this year could be a turning point for crypto policy. Jesse Spiro said recent progress, including the GENIUS Act and CLARITY, could still be reversed as pro-crypto groups prepare substantial political funding.
