Why did $ARM shift from +13% to -5% after the results?



The reason: Management comments during the earnings call about the new Arm AGI CPU product (which they launched in March 2026)

They said demand increased to over $2 billion across FY2027 and FY2028, double the figure they announced at launch, but supplies (wafers + memories + packaging + testing) are only secured for the initial $1 billion, and the additional $1 billion supplies are still in the securing phase.

Maybe that's why the guidance for the next quarter was cautious and not far from analysts' expectations.
