American Bitcoin posted an $81.7 million first-quarter loss on $62.1 million in revenue, missing analyst estimates on both revenue and earnings. American Bitcoin said its mining cost fell to $36,200 per Bitcoin from $46,900 in the fourth quarter of 2025. Shares fell 1.6% in after-hours trading.
