North Korea: The most relaxed in the world, fully connected to the Internet, with no concept of a firewall.


Iran: Never experienced large-scale internet outages, especially in the past two months, network conditions are excellent, international access is simple.
China: Fully open to international internet, no DPI or monitoring, overseas access is extremely easy and fast.
Russia: Reduced censorship during wartime, many independent sites/IPs are unblocked, exports are completely uncontrolled by the federal government.
Turkmenistan: High bandwidth + zero packet loss, relaxed international export, golden route.
Myanmar: No censorship + high freedom, never disconnected, free access.
Syria: High bandwidth + zero interruptions, excellent infrastructure, almost no blocks.
Cuba: High speed + government values privacy protection, free international network access, extremely high bandwidth.
