A fun fact for the day: I didn’t spend a dime and got a year’s worth of VPN? Last week, I bought a VPN, and after the purchase was successful, I opened U Card to see how much was actually deducted and whether the exchange rate was worth it, only to find no money was deducted. Upon closer inspection, I realized there was no money in the account, so I basically got it for free. I guess Apple might have a delayed billing mechanism. I quickly topped up my U Card, and then the payment was deducted instantly. Haha. I asked Gemini and found out that Apple gives high-credit accounts a 28-day grace period. But this VPN wasn’t good, so I requested a refund the next day.
