Recently, I've seen a bunch of PFPs, membership cards, and brand collaborations, all claiming long-term value, but honestly, they're just competing for attention.

The set of social mining and fan tokens—"attention is mining"—I've always been a bit skeptical about: attention comes quickly and goes just as fast, it can be recorded on the chain, but people's hearts are harder to capture.

What I care more about is what permissions are actually granted, whether they can be revoked at any time, if the contracts have upgrade loopholes, and whether signing might accidentally hand over the wallet...
People who have run nodes and been fined are naturally allergic to promises.
If you really want to build a brand, in the end, it still depends on continuous delivery and clear boundaries, not just changing avatars to turn into a crowd.
Anyway, I'm currently doing less and living more; if I can avoid clicking, I avoid clicking, and it's okay to go slower.
