Wu Shuo learned that, according to the official announcement from Lido Finance, the EarnETH initial loss protection coverage plan for the Kelp security incident has been approved through a Snapshot vote. This means that the losses of EarnETH users will be fully covered by the Lido Earn initial loss mechanism. Currently, as part of the "DeFi United" rescue plan, 2,500 stETH has been transferred; meanwhile, the attacker’s rsETH position on Aave has been liquidated, and the related collateral has been taken over by the Recovery Guardian. Lido stated that once the Kelp protocol lifts the pause, the EarnETH vault will resume access operations.

STETH-1.82%
AAVE-0.39%
