Consider entering the market only after liquidity drawdown testing.

$ZEC has made a very aggressive move recently, but now the chart is approaching one of the most important resistance areas in months.

On the ZEC/BTC chart:
🔶 price has rallied back into the old resistance supply zone
🔶 this was previously a major rejection area
🔶 market structure is now testing whether bulls can reclaim it

At the same time, the ZEC/USDT chart shows:
▫️ a strong expansion toward the $600 region
▫️ heavy short liquidations
▫️ aggressive momentum continuation

This explains why volatility increased so rapidly.

But traders should understand something important:

After strong liquidation-driven rallies, markets often need:
⚠️ cooling-off phases
⚠️ healthy pullbacks
⚠️ liquidity retests
⚠️ consolidation ranges

before continuation becomes sustainable.

That is exactly why I am personally still waiting for a correction before looking for lower-risk positioning.

Right now, chasing price directly into major resistance after a large squeeze move may not provide the best risk-reward setup.

The interesting part is psychology.

Many traders became bearish during the correction phase, and now the sudden upside move is forcing:
🔶 short squeezes
🔶 panic exits
🔶 FOMO buying
🔶 emotional breakout entries

That often creates temporary overextension conditions.

Structurally, $ZEC still looks strong.

But continuation depends on whether bulls can:
▫️ hold reclaimed structure
▫️ absorb profit-taking
▫️ maintain momentum after the squeeze phase

Important:
⚠️ This is NOT short advice.
⚠️ Trend remains bullish for now.
⚠️ I am simply waiting for a healthier entry zone instead of chasing resistance.

$ZEC ‌ has real momentum right now, but after such an aggressive squeeze, patience may provide better positioning than emotional chasing.
