I spent 7 years in crypto making money and still walking away unprofitable. Not because I couldn't find winners, I found plenty. What I lacked was process, review and structure.

I was trading on just vibes and conviction and hoping that this time I'd actually hold long enough or sell at the right moment. It took me losing enough times to finally sit down and build a framework around what I was actually doing wrong instead of just blaming the market every time things went sideways.
The uncomfortable truth about trading that nobody wants to hear is that finding the trade is maybe 20% of the skill. The other 80% is managing yourself, your emotions and most people never get past the first part because the second part means admitting you're the problem.
